Are all of your paintings framed?

Not all of our paintings are sold as framed but we have an excellent professional framer partnership that we can arrange either on your behalf or you can contact directly at www.creativeframes.co.uk

Do you make prints of your original paintings?

Some giclee prints are made of original paintings and sold on site after purchase of original artwork.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. You can find the full list of accepted payment methods during the checkout process.

Shipping and returns

Do you accept returns?

We do not offer refunds for returns.

How much is your delivery?

We use Royal Mail and ParcelForce delivery services. The price of postage and packaging is included in price of the artwork.

Can I track my order?

You can request to receive a tracking number via email if needed.

What if your purchase is damaged or lost?

Our policy is determined through Royal Mail services. They state that "if an item has been damaged or suffered part loss the customer may be entitled to claim compensation."

If your purchase is damaged upon arrival, please photograph the damage and notify us immediately.
Once we receive the photographic evidence, we will contact Royal Mail and submit this information for refund or compensation on your behalf. Royal Mail can take 30 days after receipt to respond.

How will my artwork be packaged?

We will do our best to package all purchased artworks in order to avoid any damage during the postal process. We will use bubble wrap and heavy duty tubes and boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can arrange for international delivery. Please contact us to discuss options for this.
