Shipping policy

1. Overview
All paintings and prints are carefully packaged and posted using Royal Mail First Class or Parcelforce, depending on the size and weight of the order.
At present, we do not currently post internationally through the website. If you're based outside of the UK and would like to purchase a piece of artwork, please email to discuss delivery options.
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically packaged and posted within 3–10 working days, depending on current workload. We’ll always do our best to get your artwork to you as soon as we can.
We do not post on weekends or UK public holidays.
3. UK Postage & Delivery Estimates
Postage and packaging materials such as heavy-duty tubes, boxes, and bubble wrap are already included in the price of the artwork.
Estimated delivery using these services is 1-3 working days.
Please note: If you would like tracking or confirmation, please email before or soon after your order is placed.
4. International Orders
We do not offer international delivery at checkout. However, if you're outside the UK and interested in purchasing a piece of artwork, you're welcome to email and discuss your order.
International buyers will be responsible for any taxes, customs tariffs, import duties, and handling charges applied by their country. These are not included in the item price and we cannot predict or cover them.
5. Packaging
While we don’t make formal guarantees on the specific packaging used, we do take care to wrap every painting and print as securely as possible. We typically use bubble wrap, heavy-duty tubes or boxes and reinforce the packaging to protect against damage in transit.
6. Postage Confirmation & Tracking
You will not automatically receive tracking or confirmation emails. If you would like a tracking number or delivery confirmation, please email and we will do our best to provide it for your parcel.
7. Damaged Items or Loss
Our postage policy follows Royal Mail’s guidance, which states:
“If an item has been damaged or suffered part loss, the customer may be entitled to claim compensation.”
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request corrections to inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your personal data (in certain circumstances)
- Withdraw consent (where applicable)

8. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of work and the individuality of each piece, we do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the item has arrived damaged and is eligible for a claim under Royal Mail’s policy. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before completing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to email before buying.
9. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your postal address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses, or returns caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information.
